议题评论 API 支持管理对议题和拉取请求的评论。每个拉取请求都是一个议题，但并非每个议题都是拉取请求。 For this reason, "shared" actions for both features, like managing assignees, labels, and milestones, are provided within Issues API. 若要管理拉取请求审查评论，请改用拉取请求审查评论 API。

Custom media types

These are the supported media types for this API:

List issue comments for a repository

By default, Issue Comments are ordered by ascending ID.
