A API de comentários de problemas é compatível com o gerenciamento de comentários em problemas e pull requests. Cada pull request é um problema, mas nem todos os problemas são um pull request. For this reason, "shared" actions for both features, like managing assignees, labels, and milestones, are provided within Issues API. Para gerenciar os comentários de revisão de pull request, use a API de comentários de revisão de pull request.
