Issue description

Pass completions for fish aren't loaded or otherwise don't work. Pass completions do work in bash.

When opening a new bug report, there is no clear guidance on how one can provide helpful metadata for triage/debugging purposes.

Otherwise one might get an error like:

Ideally it just works and all that's needed is a one or two lines of docs.
