Issue description - Describe the problem you are having
Module smap-ingame is not in sync with ps2sdk. As a result, it produces tons of warnings and errors in modern toolchain. Maybe it will be useful to refactor this module. I partially fixed some warnings in #188 but not all. It seems that OPL uses SMAP v2.1 while in ps2sdk: SMAP v2.25 (0x2, 0x19)
