Windows Support
Support Windows eventually, not a priority atm. Maybe add some CI Job so that compatibility is ensured. At the time of writing this is blocked by in graph_api.rs](https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-core/blob/master/fuel-core/src/service/graph_api.rs#L25). But this is very bottom of priority list so really whenever anyhow has free time

Perhaps it's worth considering hosting the spec under an mdbook?
Some benefits that come to mind:
- Easier to navigate for folk unfamiliar with GitHub.
- The chapter column provides a nice overview with subheaders etc.
- Left and right keys for navigating through pages.
- Supports simpler, real-time search.
- Has a community providing external tooling for conversion to PDF, ePub, etc, ha

There is a tx builder in fuel-vm, which has been largely superseded by the one provided by fuel-tx. Remove the fuel-vm version and standardize around the fuel-tx tx builder.
