Describe the problem

The current Build.yaml workflow is specific to building and testing the app module, however, there are more than 1 apps in the project.

An additional build/test workflow should be added to also build/test app-nia-catalog

To enhance the safety of users of Tor windows, we should enable HTTPS-Only Mode by default.

Steps to reproduce

1. Wield nothing, just have empty hands.
2. Press the keybind for "Use wielded item".
3. "You can't do anything interesting with your none."

Expected behavior

A more sensible message when you have nothing in your hands. E.g "You are not wielding anything you could use."
