Clear visual indication when an integration/application is connected/active.

Slack is fully connected and active at this stage. It would be nice to have a visual indicator on this page to know slack is connected without clicking on configure and navigating to another page.

The current overview section in the application detail page has 4 charts which need to move from promQL to query-builder APIs. Below are the charts on that page:

In my opinion, it would be nice to have an option/flag to allow users to turn off line numbers. I am used to launch Altair with in not full-screen mode and have 3 columns: request, result and docs. Line numbers generally is useless and occupy valuable horizontal space.

The resolution dropdown in preferences was previously used to set fullscreen resolution, so it lists display modes available on the monitor. However setting resolution in full screen mode is no longer possible. In stead the dropdown is now used to set the window size to standard sizes when not in fullscreen mode.

Describe the issue

I don't know exactly in what conditions, but it happens in any level at any random moment, that sometimes, you cure people in the hospital but this is not reflected in money earnings.

This is very noticeable when you are out of money and cure a patient. You can listen the "celebration voices" but money is not incremented.

Describe the bug
In Linux when the engine loads, it detects that there is EFX capabilities but then states that EAX 2 is out of the question.

Expected behavior
shoudln't EAX usage be replaced by EFX usage? and if so maybe this should be indicated when the sound is loaded, isn't it?
