What would you like to be added:
A new command grype update
Why is this needed:
It would make the update process a lot easier. Grype already knows if you are running an outdated version.

What happened

Evidence field doesn't show all the affected pods rather it shows only the count and only one pod details

I thought it would be nice to have a section for talks related to Node.js security. What do you think ? (I can PR a bunch of talks i have in favorite if you are ok with the idea).

The enhancement may already be reported! Please search for the enhancement before creating one.

Current Behavior:

Currently when you download the SBOM from Home->Projects->->Components tab dependencies are not included.

Proposed Behavior:

Please include dependence when downloading the SBOM. Thanks
