If a URL is present on the tweet and, it should be displayed according to Twitter cards docs.
If the site has no twitter:card metatag, then the URL should be displayed as a regular link.

Expected export

In certain conditions, sometimes the editor is displayed incorrectly with this extra padding:

However, it goes away when editing the code, OR even resizing the window. This must be a codemirror bug.
We need to find a work around.
