Commands should be available to copy files and directories from the local machine to the file system and the other way around.
It should be tested by using these commands to provision input for a job and download the output back to the local machine, e.g. with FFMPEG.

Including a timestamp in the directory name results in runtime errors when config.py is edited mid-run.
Example of timestamp:
project = 'PROJECT_'
version = datetime.datetime.now().strftime('%Y%m%d_%H%M’)
"hdfs://eddie.crc.nd.edu:19000/store/user/$USER/" + project + version,
When config.py is changed, the timestamp is updated and all outputs are routed to the new storage director

I only knew there was support in VIU for the Focus because a mod on the Wave SDK forum told me.
There's nothing in the docs to indicate this and no info on how to handle the unique aspects of the Focus.
The docs could do with expanding in general.
It might even be time to consider a name change - calling this "Vive Input Utility" reminds me of the joke about the Holy Roman Empire - it was
