A API de comentários de problema dá suporte ao gerenciamento de comentários sobre problemas e solicitações de pull. Cada pull request é um problema, mas nem todos os problemas são um pull request. Por esse motivo, as ações "compartilhadas" para ambos os recursos, como gerenciamento de destinatários, rótulos e marcos, são fornecidas na API de Problemas. Para gerenciar comentários de revisão de solicitação de pull, use a API de comentários de revisão de solicitação de pull.

`since`string Only show notifications updated after the given time. This is a timestamp in ISO 8601 format: `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ`.
`per_page`integer The number of results per page (max 100). Default: `30`
`page`integer Page number of the results to fetch. Default: `1`
