The information shown in the security overview will vary according to your access to repositories, and on whether GitHub Advanced Security is used by those repositories.
Viewing the security overview for an organization
Note: The "Security Risk" and "Security Coverage" views are currently in beta and subject to change.

On GitHub.com, navigate to the main page of the organization.

Under your organization name, click Security.

Choose the overview you want to display from the options in the sidebar.

Use the drop-down filters and search box to focus on the information of greatest interest. The "Security Risk" and "Security Coverage" views also have an interactive header that you can use to filter results.

Viewing the security overview for an enterprise

Navigate to GitHub.com.

In the top-right corner of GitHub.com, click your profile photo, then click Your enterprises.

In the list of enterprises, click the enterprise you want to view.

In the left sidebar, click Code Security.

Alternatively and optionally, use the sidebar on the left to filter information per security feature. On each page, you can use filters that are specific to that feature to fine-tune your search. For more information about the available qualifiers, see "Filtering alerts in the security overview."
