I am trying to cancel my TV service, and keep the internet. I am not able to reach a rep who could help, been on the phone for an hour. Able to talk to Sales people immediately.

I don't know why you're internet so slow and only our tv is connected to wifi. I have to use data on our phones since its making the internet slower. You should look into this matters. Aren't your consumers more important? 🙄

I went to turn in my equipment at the spectrum location specified, and was turned away and told to go to the ups store ( where there’s a long line) What gives?
