[unnecessary copy] Track copies into fields 
Summary:
This diff tracks copies into arbitrary fields (not just from rvalue refs) and only reports on them if
 - the source is never used after copy into intermediate/field. This is needed because otherwise, we might be suggesting moving a source which is used later on as in the newly added example.
