API комментариев к проблеме поддерживает управление комментариями к проблемам и запросам на вытягивание. Каждый запрос на вытягивание является проблемой, но не каждая проблема является запросом на вытягивание. По этой причине "общие" для них действия, такие как управление уполномоченными, метками и вехами, предоставляются в API проблем. Для управления комментариями к проверке запросов на вытягивание используйте вместо этого API комментариев к проверке запросов на вытягивание.

List issue comments for a repository

`sort`string The property to sort the results by. `created` means when the repository was starred. `updated` means when the repository was last pushed to. Default: `created` Can be one of: `created`, `updated`
`direction`string Either `asc` or `desc`. Ignored without the `sort` parameter. Can be one of: `asc`, `desc`
`since`string Only show notifications updated after the given time. This is a timestamp in ISO 8601 format: `YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ`.
`per_page`integer The number of results per page (max 100). Default: `30`
`page`integer Page number of the results to fetch. Default: `1`
