Jeder Pull Request ist ein Issue, aber nicht jedes Issue ist ein Pull Request. Aus diesem Grund werden „gemeinsame“ Aktionen für beide Features, z. B. das Verwalten von zugewiesenen Personen, Bezeichnungen und Meilensteinen, in den Endpunkten für Issues bereitgestellt.
