About me
I am a Java; Kotlin; and TypeScript developer where I have achieved and contributed to many things in my time as a dev so far:
- Achieved getting a Minecraft mod to over 50k downloads.
- Contributed to the Java Discord server Discord bot.
- Created a Discord Wrapper using Rest APIs, WebSocket and JSON and it is called YDWK (Yusuf Discord Wrapper Kotlin)
- Contributed to 2 popular open-source Java Discord wrappers JDA and Javacord.
- Create A Kotlin dependency which helps to use JSON files to store tokens and secrets.
- Helped to create the BlackOnion-Bot Dashboard using React and TypeScript.
- One of the main contributors to the open-source Discord bot BlackOnion-Bot which has over 40k users.
- Used VuePress to create a wiki for YDWK.
- Used Gradle as the build tool for most of my projects.
- Used databases such as SQLite and Postgres. Also used jooq in some projects to generate database tables.
- I have done loads but the list will get too long.
Currently, I am working on a couple of projects such as a new Minecraft Mod called Armour and Tools mod and improving the BlackOnion-Bot dashboard.
Currently, I am working on 3 open source projects.
