- make all C++ headers self contained and add a CMake check to ensure it remains this way. closes #25
- adding getter and setter for AeroMode::name
- remove hardcoded init parameters
- Report error if no values in array (fake_spec_file)
- multi-mode AeroDist initialsation (also in Scenario) + AeroDist::n_mode & AeroDist::mode(idx)
