Problem
The Publication Details page retrieves publication details online (if they are not already in the cache). This implies that it also works for publication DOIs that are not part of our data set, and have never been analyzed. Therefore, those publications will appear with empty tables for Reused / Reusing, which may result in the user thinking those publications don't reuse / are
