The University of Maryland Division of Transplantation is one of the nation's busiest transplant programs, with an established national reputation for innovation and technical/surgical excellence. As part of the University of Maryland Medical Center, we utilize a multidisciplinary approach to patient care that exploits the enormous talent and broad resources of an outstanding academic medical/research center. The Division focuses on research and innovations for transplantation of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and pancreas.
