    Open ingredient package. Before you apply your tape level, you will need to make sure your ingredient package is completely open and ready.

    Apply a strip of masking tape over one side of the package. Allow enough room for your measuring spoon to retrieve ingredients from the package.
    • Make sure you anchor the tape on each side of the package so it is securing in place.
