    Create a profile. Make it good, too. Put in at least one interesting graphic, a playlist if you can, and be sure to visit Brilliant Backgrounds for unique wallpapers and such. Come up with creative names for your photo, fans, and comments categories. Upload maybe ten cute photos of yourself to start out, and wait until you've got a few comments before uploading anymore.

    Now that you've got a cute profile, it's time to steer people towards it! Enter in three or four contests to start out, and at least a few people should take notice. Talk to them! Comment their photos and profiles, etc, and before too long, you'll have the beginnings of an e-clique.

    Now that you've got a bit of a fanbase going, it's time to really sell yourself- talk to one of the "Sugarloot Elite". If you don't know who they are, it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out- anyone with a lot of photo comments, hundreds of fans, or anyone who has won a contest will probably suffice. So, befriend them!

    After chatting with this Sugarlooter for awhile, subtly ask them to comment your photos or entries. Once they've done that, everyone else will. Voila.
