- 1 baked cake (box mix), any flavor
- 1/2 cup liqueur – if you prefer not to use liqueur, use heavy cream or half and half or frosting
- 1 bag of chocolate chips

2Using a food processor, crumble the baked cake. Alternatively crumble by hand.

3Place the cake crumbs in a large bowl. Drizzle with liqueur (or cream or frosting if using instead).

4Gently toss or combine the cake and liqueur (or cream/frosting).

5Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop the cake mixture. Do not pack into the measuring cup.

6Gently pat the measured cake mixture into a ball. Do not roll.

- Balls must be packed tightly enough to stay intact on the stick. But not too tightly, or they will be too dense.
- Don't heat your chocolate in a plastic container in the microwave! Use glass or metal on some other heat source. You don't want your chocolate tasting like plastic.
