  2. I wouldn't take recount seriously, but it's Alex Halderman who w/ Ed Felten (Princeton, Deputy US CTO) been researching e-voting for years.

  3. Computer scientists are recommending a recount. Jill Stein has already raised $1M of $2.5M required.
