This , remember the hundreds of thousands of people in jail across America simply because they cannot afford to post bail. They should be spending Thanksgiving with their families, too.

Reporters often act as stenographers for District Attorneys' false claims about reform. Public defenders and their clients know the truth.

First of all....stop asking asking for bail on all misdemeanors if you really believe this, . We'll be watching to see how/if this plays out in court.

Intrepid and smart people could so easily pursue their own interests, yet choose to help others. (I could pass out from the fulness of my heart. Thank YOU!)

Thank each of you for seeking dignity and justice for those who've likely never had an advocate EVER! God bless you.

PROP sees farebeat cases almost every time we monitor Man courts. Vance either lied or can't control his ADAs. Urge press 2 call him on it.

John is living proof that is full of sh*t. He just spent a night in jail for evading subway fare. The ADA would not agree to dismiss the case. Instead he was forced to take a misdemeanor with $200 in surcharges.

You have got to be kidding me ! Your office asks for insane bail on the poorest New Yorkers. I agree with you. It *IS* unconstitutional, but you don’t practice what you preach, you hypocrite.
