    The issues highlighted in this thread are so many things: disturbing, frightening, unetheical, and nauseating among others. Chances are, though, there's nothing illegal. Your semi-irregular reminder that legal does not mean good and illegal does not mean bad.

    Ethiopian Airlines and Lion Air didn't pay extra for Boeing's "upgrades" on communications, navigation, and safety features, so Boeing didn't warn them that the planes were prone to sensor malfunctions that would send them crashing into the ground.
