    At the end of your panel at Bloomberg you mentioned incorporating externalities into the cost of capital. Do you know of any organisations that are working on this?

    Just so you know then, there is at least one large US national laboratory that has the documented policy that unless they have a good reason, research software should be released under the MPL2 by default. (I wrote the policy) 😉

    Yes, indeed! The mozilla public license serves a set of the market well, tho as a middle ground it's not as known as the apache or gpl places on the spectrum. Thank you for "holding the pen" and drafting the 2.0 version of the MPL.

    I admit I still get a small, real smile every time I see MPL pop up in the wild. CC
