Create a Help button
After a user logs in, they lose access to the instructions. Add a help button to the toolbar so they can view the instructions again.

Enforce HTTPS
- The website should always use HTTPS and redirect if it doesn’t.
- The path (= language) must to be kept during the redirect.
- When running locally (http://localhost:4567) it must not redirect to https://localhost:4567.
If possible, we should use an HTTP redirect. If not, at least we should have it written in JavaScript.
That will tell the user how many "problems" there are with the data that we have.
Examples include, missing Github/Speaker's bureau information, no logo for a company, etc. etc.

Describe the bug
Label needs to change. In PayPal, the text to connect via REST API does not match the current PayPal UI
To Reproduce
IMPORTANT: if you are going to accept payments in a currency you don't hold, please make sure to enable automatic currency conversion.
To do that, go to PayPal dashboard and select Profile -> Profile and Settings -> My Selling Tools -> Block Payments
