Description
We are using Breeze by developers on Linux and MacOS and they behave slightly differently.
This is both Bash and Some Posix tools (which are in different versions on Mac than on modern Linux versions)
GitHub actions support Mac OS builds, so w could run a single, separate workflow on MacOS to only test Breeze's and development environment functionality on Mac.

The annotation value require-whisk-auth: false on a web action leads the controller to reject the web action invocation.
- The openwhisk documentation does not say what should happen when the value is false. I don't know why this case is omitted case https://github.com/apache/openwhisk/blob/master/docs/webactions.md#securing-web-actions
