Project Euler

Add problems related to maths under a new folder called mathematical algorithms. The problems may include Project Euler problems.
Submissions should be made with the proper category (folder name) of the problem and proper documentation
The current readme contains only search and sort algo description.
Transfer into corresponding directories.
Like Competitive_Programming/Sorting/Sorting_Readme.md
Competitive_Programming/Searching/Searching_Readme.md
Do such for each codes.
The main repository README.md should include the description of the code base along with some tutorial links
