    Got a response from AMD about PDEP and SAM: 'Smart Access Memory does not depend on the performance of the PDEP instruction.' The speculation about accelerated PDEP on Zen3 being a factor seems to not be the case.

    Borderlands 3 on a Ryzen 9 5950X takes about 80 minutes to backup. Limiting factor is very much ST performance. Perhaps someone can try on an M1. 😈

    I think this vendor has had issues with samples being resold. Some readers don't realise that ownership of review samples are never transferred to the reviewer. If they aren't sent back immediately, they can be recalled at any time, even years later
