    Dear When I run a bunch of searches for a garbage disposal, and then I buy one from you, it's a pretty good bet that I'm no longer in the market. Sending me a dozen "We've found the garbage disposal for you" mails over the next few months doesn't help.

    Now that is owned by private equity, they're behaving like the third-tier rental companies. In 30y of renting from Hertz, never had a "junk" charge; just got a bogus $75 "cleaning fee" added after return, when returned clean and attendant said "everything's good here".
