In December 2018, the Tor network had 961 bridges. In 2019, it had 1,268 bridges. Last year, 1,571. Today? 1,973! We're seeing that the number of Russians connecting to Tor is staying relatively steady. Some Russian ISPs blocked public Tor relays and built-in bridges by IP address, enumerated "moat" obfs4 bridges and blocked them by IP address, and used DPI to recognize and block Snowflake connections.
