    When you include open source code in another project, you are not "relicensing" it - you still have to comply with the original license too, as well as the license of the new work.

    Never say you are relicensing when you are not the copyright holder as that term can lead you to assumptions and actions that could leave you in breach of copyright.

    This is just utterly staggering: Trump's Department of Commerce operated a Stasi department which collected information on Americans who criticised the US census (which you'll recall he wanted to turn into a tool for ethnic cleansing).
