    When you include open source code in another project, you are not "relicensing" it - you still have to comply with the original license too, as well as the license of the new work.

    Never say you are relicensing when you are not the copyright holder as that term can lead you to assumptions and actions that could leave you in breach of copyright.

    Does Romania have a special connection to Belarus? Or is there some other explanation for this lack of concern that an EU internal flight was hijacked by state-sponsored terrorists?

    The flight took off just now from Minsk bound for Vilnius. Great news for everyone especially the families and friends of people onboard.
